I am grateful my spouse and I able to travel to see friends we haven't seen for two years.

Today, right now, I am grateful for a quiet day, for being appreciated, for the critters I'm caring for, and for good friends. I am pacing myself slowly - clearing emails, walking, and eating lightly today - and making sure people know I'm thinking of them.

Those gratitudes sound just right, Jane. And what a beautifully contemplative practice of the day for this time of winter reflection. Blessings!

I am grateful to be home, out of the hospital and healing, for my best friend husband helping, feeding and loving me, for getting up to see lights on our tree twinkle.

And I am grateful for that too! May the healing continue and may you have your hands on clay again as soon as you are ready.

I also watched that full moon set from my bedroom windows. It's comforting during a lonely winter to know a friend marvels at the same beauty.

Carol, I am glad you could see the moon set from your bedroom windows where you live now. That is a blessing, and I am happy to share it with you. Richard used to say whenever we parted for his work travel, "We share the moon." And so do you and I now. Blessings!

I am grateful for Being Here Now where ever I am at. Looking, hearing, feeling, while letting my thoughts come & go.

There is so much to be aware of.

That's one of those conundrums, isn't it: there is so much to be aware of, and sometimes it's difficult to stay aware because of that. :)

Grateful for the crunch of snow under my boots..some drought years we haven't had much snow. Seeing the moon rise and set through skies unmarred by pollution or war smoke.

Taking the time to stop, listen, and learn what the ravens are saying

Happy winter holidays, Barbara! I am glad to hear that you've got snow there--that is a good sign for the summer water. May your days and nights bring comfort and joy in these difficult times, and may the ravens make you smile and share their wisdom.
